ORDER FULFILMENT

There are two stages to order fulfilment:

• PROCESSING: All orders are typically processed and dispatched within 3 business days. In peak periods, this cold be longer. 
• SHIPPING: Standard shipping typically takes 6-10 business days.

Note: Our company is based in the United Kingdom, and depending on the product, we ship either from our warehouse in the UK or directly from our warehouses in other locations globally.  

COVID-19 UPDATE

Shipping channels have been experiencing delays over recent months due to COVID-19. We're starting to see improvement and are hoping things will soon return to normal but please be aware that your order may take slightly longer than usual to arrive.  

ORDER TRACKING 

As soon as your product ships, you will receive a tracking number that will let you keep tabs on your order at all times. Please note that it can take several days once a package has shipped for tracking details to become available online.
