1. How long are shipping times?

Your products will ship within one to three business days of your order, and then take between 7 and 10 business days to reach your doorstep, depending on the product, demand, destination and warehouse location. Every product has the delivery time clearly stated on the product page so please read carefully. 

As soon as your product ships, you will receive a tracking number that will let you keep tabs on your order at all times. 

Please note that orders over £135 being delivered to the UK from Europe may be subject to Customs Duties - this is out of our control. You WILL NOT have to pay anything to the delivery company to receive goods worth less than £135, even if you receive an automated email from the carrier.

3. Can I cancel my order?

Cancellations or changes to your order are not possible once the order has been placed and processed. We are a small business and the logistics system we use does not allow for cancellations in a way that is cost effective for us to run. As soon as we grow big enough and this changes in the future we will let our customers know!


4. What happens if I receive the wrong item?

If there’s an issue with your order, and what is delivered does not correspond to the order placed, then simply contact us via email at for help. 

 5. Do you offer exchanges?

We are a small business that produces garments to order, and are also conscious not to over-manufacture in order to prevent waste. Returns run counter to our emphasis on sustainability: every return has a carbon footprint. As such, we do not hold stock and are unable to offer an exchange service. 6. Caring for your Supernal printed garment 

Our printed garments are best machine-washed cold, inside-out on a gentle cycle with a mild detergent and similar colours. You shouldn't use any fabric softeners or dry-clean the items. You can be tumble-dry on a low cycle, but hang-dry works best. Cool iron inside-out and DO NOT iron the print.
