Refund and Return Policy


Thank you for shopping with Supernal. 

 

We hope you are happy with your purchase, however, if you are not completely satisfied for any reason please find details of our returns and refund policy below. 

We are a small business that produces garments to order, and are also conscious not to over-manufacture in order to prevent waste. Returns and exchanges run counter to our emphasis on sustainability: every return has a carbon footprint. As such, we do not hold stock and are unable to offer an exchange service. 

 

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within twenty one (21) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

 

RETURN PROCESS 

To return an item, please email customer service at hello.supernal@gmail.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and the return form provided, and mail your return to the address provided. 

Please note, you will be responsible for all return postal charges, sent via a tracked method. Please retain your proof of postage. 

 

STORE CREDIT REFUNDS 

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed. 

 

EXCEPTIONS and NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS 

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Personalised items
  • Custom-made items

Please note that Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.

 

DAMAGED or FAULTY ITEMS
